Your team

The Montreal team is made up of innovative, dynamic and passionate people. This is our new creative bubble where you can really showcase your expertise and grow with us.

You will also be required to collaborate with our teams at the Trois-Rivières head office and the Quebec store.

Your mission

As a senior e-commerce manager , you will be responsible for overseeing our entire online sales ecosystem, optimizing the customer journey and maximizing revenue across all of our e-commerce channels. You will play a vital role in shaping our online retail strategy, ensuring a seamless shopping experience and driving the digital transformation of our brand in the fashion industry.

Your responsibilities

  • E-commerce Strategy : Develop and implement an overall e-commerce strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives, to ensure consistent growth and profitability;
  • Website Management : Oversee the management and maintenance of our e-commerce website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing and up-to-date with the latest fashion trends;
  • Product Catalog Management : Collaborate with product teams to optimize the online product catalog ensuring accuracy of product listings, pricing and availability;
  • Conversion Optimization : Implement strategies to increase website conversion rates, reduce cart abandonment, and improve the overall customer shopping experience;
  • Digital Marketing : Develop and execute online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid media strategies, SEO and social media, in order to increase traffic as well as sales;
  • Customer Experience : Prioritize customer satisfaction by optimizing the online shopping journey, providing excellent customer support, and addressing customer feedback and concerns;
  • Inventory and Supply Chain : Collaborate with production and purchasing teams to ensure adequate stock levels as well as timely order fulfillment;
  • Analytics and Reporting : Use data analysis tools to monitor website performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement;
  • Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and results;
  • Technology Integration : Identify and implement e-commerce technologies and tools to improve the shopping experience and streamline operations;
  • All other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Your interpersonal skills

  • Creative and innovative thinking to drive digital transformation in the fashion industry.

Your know-how

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, marketing or a related field;
  • At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce management, particularly in the fashion sector;
  • In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online retail best practices;
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies including email, SEO, media strategy and social media.
