RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - HOLIDAY SEASON
The return or exchange period is extended to 45 days for all purchases made between Wednesday, November 15, 2023 and Monday, January 1, 2024 inclusively
FREE RETURN OR EXCHANGE ON PURCHASES OF $50 OR MORE (Canadian provinces and territories)
Your satisfaction is paramount. The fit, style and comfort of your items must meet your expectations. That's why you have 30 days to request a return and have the items sent to our facilities. installations.
REFUND CONDITIONS
Regular-price items and items on sale for less than 50% off may be refunded provided they are in their original condition, i.e. unwashed, unworn and still labelled. The purchase must have been made within the last 30 days.
The original packaging for all JOELLE products must be intact and complete upon receipt.
*We reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item does not comply with our policy.
FINAL SALES
All products purchased at 50% off or more are FINAL SALES. They are not refundable or exchangeable.
*For all final sale items, the words FINAL SALE are identified online on the product sheet.
MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE ONLINE
- First go to our returns and exchanges centre
- Enter your order number and email address (or postcode)
- Follow the steps
- Keep an eye on your e-mail. Within 1 to 2 working days, you will receive notification that your request has been authorised, along with your pre-paid returns label.
- Carefully pack the items in their original packaging with a printed copy of your returns slip and post the parcel as soon as possible.
- Please note that only one returns label is provided per order. Be sure to include all products to be returned in your parcel.
If you wish to make a second return for the same order, this will be at your expense. You must make a 2nd return request through our returns and exchanges centre in order to obtain your return confirmation by e-mail. Then print the return slip and insert it in your parcel. Go to your nearest Canada Post outlet and send the package to our mailing address: 3368, rue Bellefeuille, Trois-Rivières (Québec) G9A 3Z3. You will pay the delivery charges directly at the Canada Post outlet.
*You will be reimbursed within 7 to 10 business days following receipt of your return at our facilities, depending on peak periods. (This period may also vary depending on your financial institution).
**If you ordered as a guest, simply create your account with the same email address you used to make your purchase. Your order will be automatically linked to your account. Then follow the same steps..
JOELLE INC. LIMITED WARRANTY
We guarantee the quality of workmanship and materials for all JOELLE brand products for a period of 30 days.
Please note that problems resulting from improper use or failure to follow care instructions, as well as cosmetic problems (e.g. discoloration from exposure to UV rays, contact with chemicals, etc.) are not covered by the limited warranty.
*For other brands distributed by our boutique, the manufacturer's warranty applies.
