FREE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON PURCHASES OF $50+ (Provinces and Territories of Canada)
Your satisfaction is our priority. The fit, style, and comfort of your items should live up to your expectations. You have 30 days to submit a return request and ship the items to our facility.
HOLIDAY RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For purchases made between November 17 and December 26 2025, the return/exchange window is extended until February 1, 2026. All other terms of our return policy still apply.
REFUND CONDITIONS
Regular-price items and sale items discounted by less than 50% are eligible for a refund, provided they are in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. The purchase must have been made within the last 30 days.
Original packaging for all JOELLE products must be intact and complete upon receipt.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item does not comply with our policy.
FINAL SALE
All products discounted by 50% or more are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refund or exchange.
For any final-sale item, the “FINAL SALE” notice appears on the product page.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE ONLINE

Go to our Returns & Exchanges Center.

Enter your order number and email (or postal code).

Follow the steps.

Watch your inbox: within 1–2 business days you’ll receive a return authorization email and your prepaid return label.

Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, along with a printed copy of your return slip, and mail the parcel as soon as possible.

Only one return label is issued per order—please include all items you plan to return.
If you need to make a second return for the same order, it will be at your expense. Submit a new request through the Returns & Exchanges Center, print the return slip, include it in your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest Canada Post location to ship to: 3368, rue Bellefeuille, Trois-Rivières (Québec) G9A 3Z3. You’ll pay postage at the counter.
*You’ll be refunded within 7–10 business days after your return is received at our facility (processing times may vary depending on your financial institution).

JOELLE INC. LIMITED WARRANTY
We guarantee, for 30 days, the quality of workmanship and materials of all JOELLE brand products.
Please note that issues resulting from misuse or failure to follow care instructions, as well as cosmetic issues (e.g., discoloration from UV exposure, contact with chemicals, etc.), are not covered by the limited warranty.
