SHIPPING FEES (Canada: Provinces & Territories)

At checkout, you’ll be able to choose Local Delivery or Standard Delivery (Canada Post). Applicable shipping charges are applied automatically.

For orders of $50 and over (after any discount or promo code), shipping is free. For orders of $49 and under, the fee is $8 + tax.

For ESSENCE and COUTURE members of our loyalty program, shipping is free at all times (discount applied at checkout).

Order processing time is within 24–72 business hours, depending on volume.

*Please note that once a parcel is in the carrier’s hands, transit time is outside our control.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (outside Canada)

For the United States and Mexico, the shipping fee is $12 CAD.
For all other countries, the shipping fee is $15 CAD.

*We are not responsible for customs duties and taxes on international orders. Any refused package returned to sender will have shipping and any additional fees deducted from the refund. Please contact your local authorities for information on duties and taxes in your country.
