DELIVERY COSTS (Canadian provinces and territories)
At checkout, you will be asked to manually choose between local delivery or regular delivery (Canada Post). Eligible charges will be added automatically.

For all orders of $50 or more (after the application of a discount or promotional code), delivery is free. For orders of $49 or less, the charge is $8 + tax.

For ESSENCE and COUTURE members of our Loyalty Program, delivery is free at all times (discount applied at checkout).

Order processing time varies between 24 and 72 business hours, depending on peak periods.

*Please note that once the package is in the hands of the carrier, the delivery time is beyond our control.



INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (excluding Canada)
For the United States and Mexico, the delivery charge is 12 CAD.

For all other international countries, delivery costs are 15 CAD.

*Please note that we are not responsible for customs and duties on international orders. For any parcel refused and returned to sender, the additional charges and duties will be deducted from the refund. Please contact your government to find out about duties and taxes in your country.
