PRODUCT REVIEWS

We aim to offer high-quality, trustworthy product reviews and encourage honest, respectful communication. In addition to the code of conduct, by submitting a review you agree that:

• You will not review a product you do not own or have not used;

• You will post only one review per product (unless adding new, material information);

• You will not use insults, personal attacks, or inflammatory language;

• You will not post a review if you are an employee (or immediate family member) of the product’s manufacturer or of a competitor.

You also understand that JOELLE Inc. is under no obligation to post your reviews and may edit or remove them at its sole discretion.

APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the laws of Canada applicable therein, and must be interpreted accordingly. Any dispute shall be submitted to a competent court in the judicial district of Trois-Rivières, Québec. If any provision of these Terms is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
