During checkout, you will be prompted to manually choose between local delivery or Canada Post delivery. Eligible charges are automatically added. If you have a promotional code for free delivery, the charge will be deducted when it is applied.
Processing times vary between 24 and 72 business hours depending on busy periods.

Please note that we are not responsible for customs and duty fees on international orders. Any package refused and returned to sender will have the shipping costs and any additional duties deducted from your refund. Please contact your government for more information on duties and taxes.

Your satisfaction is paramount. The fit, style, and comfort of your items must meet your expectations. You have 30 days to request a return and return the items to our office. To receive a full refund, your items must not only arrive on time (within 30 days), but also be in their original condition. Original condition means unwashed, unworn, and still with the tags attached.
The original packaging for jewelry must be intact and complete upon receipt (jewelry box).
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item does not meet our policy.
Before shipping the items you wish to return, make sure your online return request has been authorized. See the procedure below.
EXCEPTIONS / FINAL SALES
Sale items marked down by 50% or more are final sales. We generally mark clearance items with a price ending in $.97. However, if an item is marked down by 50% or more, it is final sale, regardless of the listed price.
Please note that any exchanged item cannot be refunded. This is a final sale with no returns or exchanges possible.
For hygiene reasons, masks, leotards, swimsuits, underwear, beauty products and ambiance will not be refunded.

- Enter your order number and email or postal code
- Fill out the form
- Please check your emails and spam folders , you will receive a confirmation email of your return, along with your prepaid return label. Please note that only one return slip is provided when you request it. Make sure to include all the products to be returned with it. If you need to make a second return later, for the same invoice, this will be at your expense.
- Carefully pack the items in their original packaging and mail the package as soon as possible. You will be refunded upon receipt of the package.
If you ordered as a guest, simply create your account with the same email address you used when purchasing. Your order will be automatically linked to your account. Follow the same steps.
JOELLE INC. LIMITED WARRANTY
We guarantee, for a period of 30 days, the quality of manufacture and materials for all Joelle Collection brand products, with the exception of accessories (jewelry, belts, etc.). Please note that problems resulting from misuse or failure to follow care instructions, as well as cosmetic problems (e.g., discoloration due to exposure to UV rays) are not covered by the limited warranty.
