Your satisfaction is paramount. The fit, style, and comfort of your items must meet your expectations. You have 30 days to request a return and return the items to our office. To receive a full refund, your items must not only arrive on time (within 30 days), but also be in their original condition. Original condition means unwashed, unworn, and still with the tags attached.
The original packaging for jewelry must be intact and complete upon receipt (jewelry box).
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item does not meet our policy.

Sale items marked down by 50% or more are final sales. We generally mark clearance items with a price ending in $.97. However, if an item is marked down by 50% or more, it is final sale, regardless of the listed price.
Please note that any exchanged item cannot be refunded. This is a final sale with no returns or exchanges possible.
For hygiene reasons, masks, leotards, swimsuits, underwear, beauty products and ambiance will not be refunded.

- Carefully pack the items in their original packaging and mail the package as soon as possible. You will be refunded upon receipt of the package.

How do you take your measurements?
SHOULDERS
Place the measuring tape across the distance between the tips of your shoulders.
BUST
Pass the measuring tape over your shoulder blades and under your armpits, then around the fullest part of your bust. Do not pull the tape too tight.
NATURAL WAIST
Pass the measuring tape around the smallest part of your waist, usually just above your navel.
HIPS
Pass the measuring tape around your pelvis at the fullest part of your hips and seat. Keep your legs together for the most accurate measurement.
