You can take your usual size (semi-fitted cut). If you tend to fluctuate between two sizes, you can opt for the smaller size for a more fitted cut or the larger size for a semi-loose cut.

This style follows the body without feeling tight.
Place the measuring tape across the distance between the tips of your shoulders.
Pass the measuring tape over your shoulder blades and under your armpits, then around the fullest part of your bust. Do not pull the tape too tight.
Pass the measuring tape around the smallest part of your waist, usually just above your navel.
Pass the measuring tape around your pelvis at the fullest part of your hips and seat. Keep your legs together for the most accurate measurement.
