JOELLE inc. is a brand that designs intelligent fashion and makes designer fashion accessible. More specifically, we specialize in the creation of ready-to-wear women's clothing and accessories.

We have experienced tremendous growth since our creation in 2016 and we are looking for new talents to join the team in the creative office located in Montreal.

Your team

The Montreal team will be made up of innovative, dynamic and passionate people. This is our new creative bubble where you can really showcase your expertise and grow with us.

You will work in collaboration with your colleagues at the head office located in Trois-Rivières and with your colleagues who are located in Quebec.

Your responsibilities

  • Social media content strategy development : Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our brand objectives, tailored to each digital channel, while ensuring consistency across channels.
  • Influencer Marketing : Design and execute effective influencer marketing strategies to promote our products and services on social media. Identify and partner with relevant influencers and content creators in our industry.
  • Content Calendar : Collaborate with the marketing team to create and maintain an engaging content calendar that outlines key content themes, release schedules and campaigns, ensuring alignment with product launches and activities promotional.
  • Content creation : Supervise and collaborate in the production of high quality written and visual content, for the various social networks that highlight our products and the identity of our brand, while developing a strong sense of belonging within our customers.
  • Analysis and optimization : Monitor content performance using content and audience analysis tools, gather information on market and competitor trends. Adjust strategies to improve engagement and achievement of key performance indicators.
  • Collaboration and Process Optimization : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, in-store stylists, and product design and development, to align content with business objectives. Continuously optimize the content creation process for maximum efficiency.

Your interpersonal skills

  • Have a creative mind, possess a sense of aesthetics and visual storytelling;
  • Have the ability to work independently, while collaborating effectively;
  • Have attention to detail;
  • Be organized and able to meet deadlines in a constantly changing environment.

Your know-how

  • Hold a university degree (BAC) in communications, marketing, fashion or other related field;
  • Have extensive experience in social media strategy and content creation preferably in the fashion industry;
  • Have a strong understanding of fashion trends, culture and consumer preferences;
  • Master content management systems, SEO tools and social media platforms;
  • Possess excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French;
  • Possess analytical skills to measure and optimize content performance.
