JOELLE Inc. is a brand that designs intelligent fashion and makes designer fashion accessible. More specifically, we specialize in the creation of ready-to-wear women's clothing and accessories.

We have experienced tremendous growth since our creation in 2016 and we are looking for new talents who will join us to start a new chapter: the opening of a store in Quebec.

Your team

The Quebec store team will be made up of people who are passionate about trends and focused on customer service. You will work in collaboration with your colleagues at the head office located in Trois-Rivières and with your colleagues who are located in Montreal.

Your mission

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring that each woman who enters the store is accompanied and advised according to JOELLE standards . In short, from day to day , you will make sure to offer a unique shopping experience to customers at all times. 

Your responsibilities

• Ensure first contact with customers;
• Carry out in-store purchase, telephone purchase and refund transactions;
• Ensure that the products marketed are adequate and conform to the required visual presentation;
• Participate in the replenishment of merchandise in store;
• Act as support for stylists: replace clothes, travel to collect clothes of different sizes for clients, iron/fold clothes, etc.;
• Apply sales and after-sales service policies with the greatest respect for customers;
• Participate in promotional evenings and events in store.

Your interpersonal skills

• Have a natural ease with interpersonal relationships and customer service;
• Have a good capacity to adapt to changes;
• Be honest and reliable.

Your know-how 

• Have experience in customer service/sales with female customers;
• Knowledge of fashion is considered an asset.
