JOELLE is a growing company looking for a Sales Advisor . Are you someone who is passionate about trends and focused on customer service? Would you like to apply, but you think you don't have the necessary training? Make no mistake, no fashion training is required. You will be trained internally for hiring by our stylists and designers on an ongoing basis during employment.

Your role

As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that each woman who enters the store is supported and advised according to our standards. You will ensure that you provide an exceptional shopping experience to customers at all times.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients according to their needs;
• Provide customer service according to JOELLE Collection standards;
• Ensure that the products marketed are adequate and conform to the required visual presentation;
• Open or close the store;
• Participate in promotional evenings and events in store.

Abilities and requirements 

• Have experience in customer service/sales with female customers;
• Have a natural ease with interpersonal relationships and customer service;
• Have a good ability to adapt to changes;
• Be honest and reliable;
• Knowledge of fashion is considered an asset.
