Having experienced tremendous growth since our creation in 2016, we are looking for new talents to join us to begin a whole new chapter: the opening of a boutique in Quebec City.

Your team 

The Trois-Rivières boutique team is made up of people who are passionate about trends and focused on customer service. You will work in collaboration with your colleagues at the head office located in Trois-Rivières and with your colleagues who are located in Montreal.

Your mission

As a Sales Consultant , you will be responsible for ensuring that every woman who enters the store is accompanied and advised according to JOELLE standards . In short, day to day , you will ensure that you offer a unique shopping experience at all times to customers.

Your responsibilities

• Advise clients according to their needs;

• Provide customer service according to JOELLE standards;

• Ensure that the products placed on the market are suitable and comply with the required visual presentation;

• Carry out the opening or closing of the store;

• Participate in promotional and event evenings in store.

Your know-how

• Have a natural ease in interpersonal relationships and customer service;

• Have a good ability to adapt to changes;

• Be honest and reliable.

Your know-how

• Have experience in customer service/sales with a female clientele;
• Having knowledge of fashion is considered an asset.
