Your role

We are looking for a talented professional who wants to get involved and contribute to writing the history of Joelle Inc. You will have the opportunity to work in a stimulating environment, where every idea counts and your voice will be heard. As a key member of our team, you will actively participate in defining and implementing our strategies.

As a District Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple stores within a defined geographic region. Your role is crucial to ensuring consistency in management practices, achieving sales targets and maintaining the quality of customer service across all stores under your responsibility.

Your responsibilities

  • Work closely with managers to establish a high-performing management team across all stores;
  • Preserve brand identity, work with purchasing and distribution departments to ensure adequate supply, and improve operational efficiency;
  • Provide feedback to align collections with the market, while monitoring budgets and profitability;
  • Explore new methods to optimize performance, recruit and train a strong team, and ensure the execution of company strategies;
  • Encourage excellence within the team.

Requirements and skills

Our District Manager must have the following key qualities and skills:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in management and retail
  • Being highly goal-oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, delegate and follow up
  • Complex problem solving skills
  • Be proactive and innovative
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Bilingual an asset
