To receive a full refund, your items must not only arrive on time (within 30 days), but also be in their original condition. The original packaging for jewelry must be intact and complete upon receipt (jewelry box).
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item does not meet our policy.

Sale items marked down by 50% or more are final sales. We generally mark clearance items with a price ending in $.97. However, if an item is marked down by 50% or more, it is final sale, regardless of the listed price.
Please note that any exchanged item cannot be refunded. This is a final sale with no returns or exchanges possible.
For hygiene reasons, masks, leotards, swimsuits, underwear, beauty products and ambiance will not be refunded.

- Carefully pack the items in their original packaging and mail the package as soon as possible. You will be refunded upon receipt of the package.
