Your satisfaction is paramount. The cut, style and comfort of your items must meet your expectations. You therefore have 30 days to request a return and send the items to our offices. To get a full refund, your items must not only arrive on time (before 30 days), but be in their original condition. Original condition means: unwashed, unworn and still labeled.
The original packaging for jewelry must be intact and complete upon receipt (jewelry box).
We reserve the right to refuse reimbursement if the item does not correspond to our policy.
Before shipping the items you wish to return, make sure your online return request has been authorized. See the procedure below.
EXCEPTIONS / FINAL SALES
Sale items with a reduction of 50% or more are firm sales, therefore final. As a general rule, we identify clearance items with a price ending in $.97. However, if an item is reduced by 50% or more, it is final sale, regardless of the price listed.
Please note that each exchanged item cannot be refunded. This is then a firm sale with no return or exchange possible.
For hygiene reasons, masks, leotards, swimsuits, underwear, beauty products and ambiance will not be refunded.

- Monitor emails and spam , you will receive an email confirming your return, as well as your prepaid return label. Please note that only one return voucher is provided when you request it. Make sure to add all the products to be returned with it. In the event that you need to make a second return later, for the same invoice, this will be at your expense.
- Pack carefully the items in their original packaging and post the package as soon as possible. You will be reimbursed upon receipt of it.
If you ordered as a guest, simply create your account with the same email address used during the purchase. Your order will be automatically linked to your account. Follow the same steps.

We guarantee, for a period of 30 days, the quality of manufacturing and materials for all Joelle Collection brand products, with the exception of accessories (jewelry, belts, etc.). Please note that problems resulting from improper use or failure to follow maintenance instructions, as well as cosmetic problems (e.g. discoloration from exposure to UV rays) are not covered by the limited warranty.
