To get a full refund, your items must not only arrive on time (before 30 days), but be in their original condition. Original condition means: unwashed, unworn and still labeled.

The original packaging for jewelry must be intact and complete upon receipt (jewelry box).

We reserve the right to refuse reimbursement if the item does not correspond to our policy.

Sale items with a reduction of 50% or more are firm sales, therefore final. As a general rule, we identify clearance items with a price ending in $.97. However, if an item is reduced by 50% or more, it is final sale, regardless of the price listed.

For hygiene reasons, masks, leotards, swimsuits, underwear, beauty products and ambiance will not be refunded.

Please note that problems resulting from improper use or failure to follow maintenance instructions, as well as cosmetic problems (e.g. discoloration from exposure to UV rays) are not covered by the limited warranty.
